Toxic Masculinity – Exit Program for Beginners

This workshop teaches the basics of our three focus areas: male monocultures, male fantasies, and critical masculinity.

What exactly is toxic masculinity? Am I toxic myself? Am I really a good partner, father, and friend? How masculine are my music, my films, my social media? How masculine are my job, my relationships, my sex life? And is my view of the world really as free and limitless as I believe?
